● ISO 9001:2000 standard for quality management systems ● ISO/IEC 90003:2004 quality management guidelines for software development
Callflow's certification covers the design, development, implementation, installation, training and support of queue management systems and systems for managing customer service & sales centers.
Callflow has also been qualified as an approved vendor for the Ministry of Defence in Israel.
